About The Role
Evergreen Money is hiring an Office Manager to help support our needs for the Raleigh and Miami office locations. You will have the opportunity to plan, develop, and execute ideas for events, handle communication between external vendors, and manage all office administrative related functions.
What You'll Do
Own the planning and coordinating of company events with the ability to be creative - developing new ideas to keep our team engaged and drive our culture

Source, manage, and optimize external vendors, including cleaning, maintenance, and catering suppliers
Act as the main point of contact for employees regarding office needs
Greet visitors and communicate with employees about guest and interviewee arrivals
Support the leadership team by managing day-to-day matters, including but not limited to preparing and coordinating communications, calendar management, and meeting logistics
Oversee all office administrative and facilities-related functions. To include expense reports, office build-out, and ad-hoc project management
Own the process of booking company travel
Maintain our company calendar, including events, holidays, and birthdays
Assist with new employee onboarding and new-hire orientation
Assist the team with the storage and management of electronic documents
Work with members of the HR team to develop office policies and procedures and ensure they are effectively implemented and communicated across the organization
Track office supply inventory and order supplies when needed
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
3 years of administrative or executive operations experience in a fast-paced environment. Either in a startup environment or in hospitality is required
Exemplary written and verbal communication skills commensurate with interacting with a stellar leadership team
A proactive approach to managing tasks and responsibilities by anticipating the needs of the organization
Ability to proactively identify problems and solve them independently
The ability to perform and prioritize in an ever-changing environment. Flexible to change course as priorities arise
Excellent follow-through. You don't let anything fall through the cracks
Must be tech-savvy
Experience with Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint
Event Management experience - you know how to manage an event from start to finish
You love to be at the helm, proactive at organizing and setting up the company for success
