About the Role

Todyl is seeking an organized and adaptable individual with experience in office management, reception, and customer service. The ideal candidate will build strong relationships with internal stakeholders while creating a welcoming and safe environment for external stakeholders visiting our corporate headquarters. In February 2023 Todyl moved into a brand new workspace, so this position will work with the People Operations & Leadership team to help create a fun, functional, & efficient office for the Todyl Team. In this position you will have the opportunity to develop in-office programming to help continue to build on our incredible team culture.


Responsibilities

  • Manage the front desk of the office, greeting all visitors, and receiving any deliveries
  • Maintaining the office condition and arranging necessary repairs & facilities maintenance
  • Partner with People Operations & Leadership to maintain office policies as necessary
  • Coordinate with IT & security for all office equipment
  • Assist in new hire onboarding to ensure they are comfortable in their new office space
  • Support the planning of all in-office or off-site activities like parties, celebrations, and conference events
  • Support ordering & receipt of office supplies, snacks, kombucha, cold brew, and other items for the team
  • Supporting executive team with scheduling & administrative functions as needed both for CEO and recruiting functions


Requirements

  • 2 or more years of experience in administrative, office management, or other customer facing position
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience using traditional office technology (phone systems, computers, printers & copiers)
  • Scheduling experience using Microsoft Outlook or other booking tools (Calendly, HubSpot)
  • Strong time management skills & attention to detail
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills
  • Continuous improvement mindset, always looking for opportunities to make our office environment even better
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds
  • Able to begin work at 7:30 AM MT


Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 annually
  • Paid parking or RTD reimbursement
