Office Services Administrator | Temp-to-Hire

The Ford Agency is actively recruiting candidates for an Office Services position with a non-profit downtown. This is a temporary role with the possibility of becoming permanent. Interested candidates should apply today as our client is eager to review resumes!



Responsibilities Include:

  • Facilities support: arrange conference rooms, furniture, configure audio/visual equipment, prepare workspaces for new hires, coordinate furniture moves and set up, maintain kitchen and office supplies
  • Mail room: log, sort, and distribute mail, log FedEx and UPS deliveries, and track missing shipments
  • Oversee heavy printing and scanning orders
  • Cover the front desk when needed



Qualifications Include:

  • At least 1 year of office services experience in a professional office setting
  • Strong customer-service and administrative support experience
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Flexibility, pro-activeness, and strong work ethic



Candidates for this position must be based in DC, MD, or VA area or have independent plans for relocation.
