Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage Walmart Connect (WMC) and digital spend budgets
  • Build strategic WMC campaigns based on merchant and Kiss’ business goals and marketing objectives
  • Lead campaign kick-offs and performance discussions with WMC
  • Work with outside agencies on ad spend
  • Monitor online content quality and work with appropriate teams to maintain Quality Score goals
  • Deliver sales and profitability targets
  • Execute consumer and shopper driven strategies for our customers both in-store and online
  • Support in-store promotional off-shelf programs with ad spend
  • Execute plans to align and support national marketing programs
  • Keep up with industry trends and competitors
  • Manage item setup and maintenance
  • Travel up to 20%

Competencies & Qualifications

  • Bachelors/University degree or equivalent work experience required.
  • Hands-on experience in automated and managed campaigns and customer journey development within retail media platforms
  • Excellent problem solving, negotiation, and closing skills
  • High Initiative & follow-through
  • Analytical and process-oriented, comfortable making data-driven decisions
  • Solid project management skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and exceptional drive for results
  • Knowledge of Walmart Systems (Retail Link, Item 360/Supplier One, Luminate, Walmart Connect)
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Power Point)
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Outstanding interpersonal communication skills, both written and oral

The anticipated compensation range is

75,000.00 - 133,941.00 USD Annual

Actual compensation will be determined based on various factors including qualifications, education, experience, and location. The pay range is subject to change at any time dependent on a variety of internal and external factors.
