The Opportunity


The Omni Channel Operations Coordinator will assist and manage specific aspects of retail and ecommerce operations with a retail-first mentality. Responsibilities include but are not limited to, analysis of sales, maintenance, supply management, retail invoice and vendor management, logistical and inventory tasks within the boutiques and for e-commerce.



What you´ll get to do


Sales Reporting

  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management review.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on sales performance metrics.


Inventory Management

  • Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels across all retail locations.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy of inventory records.
  • Coordinate with retail and logistics teams to manage inbound and outbound inventory flow.
  • Implement inventory control procedures to minimize shrinkage and ensure product availability.


Vendor Creation and PO Management

  • Onboard new vendors by creating vendor profiles and communicating with vendors.
  • Generate purchase orders (POs) accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Track POs to ensure timely delivery and resolve discrepancies with vendors.


Facilities Maintenance

  • Coordinate maintenance and repairs for retail facilities.
  • Schedule and oversee cleaning services, HVAC maintenance, and other facility-related tasks.


Vendor Partnerships

  • Partner with various vendors to support Company needs including, but not limited to, packaging(ordering new stock & replenishment), supplies, stationary(ordering any additional stationary should the stores run out), security, maintenance, visual supplies for the stores, e-commerce, farfetch.
  • Constantly assess and establish different supply vendors based on the needs of the stores


Retail Communication

  • Serve as a point of contact between retail teams and headquarters.
  • Distribute information, updates, and directives to retail staff.
  • Facilitate effective communication channels to enhance operational efficiency.


Process Improvement

  • Continuously evaluate operational processes and identify opportunities for efficiency gains.
  • Implement process improvements and best practices to streamline operations.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the retail operations team.


Corporate & Parent Partnerships

  • Work with the different departments to address any issues at the store or production level
  • Submit monthly sales commission information to HR
  • Work with E-Commerce team to ensure E-Commerce orders from the stores are being fulfilled in adequate manner
  • Work with Marketing on rolling out CRM/client initiatives in the stores
  • Travel to retail locations to support teams with operations.



We´d love to meet you if you have


  • 1-4 years in fashion retail, with experience working in a store environment
  • Experience with creating vendor relationships and maintenance
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office (proficiency in excel Pivot Tables)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to develop relationships
  • Logistically minded, detail oriented, ability to motivate, strong analytical abilities

A reasonable estimate of the current hourly rate is $25-$31/hour USD.
