Key Responsibilities
Guide students in our online classroom with a dynamic and supportive approach.
Adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs, ensuring their engagement with the material.
Familiarize yourself with the curriculum of the students' respective schools.
Demonstrate professionalism and accountability by punctually attending tutoring sessions, promptly responding to student inquiries, documenting student progress, and holding students responsible for assignments.
Cultivate an open, safe, and positive learning atmosphere.
Proficiency in facilitating confident and engaging discussions.
High school level expertise in the relevant academic subject area.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Availability during evenings and/or weekends.
Successful completion of a qualifying exam.
Access to a reliable internet connection and a quiet, conducive work environment.
Preferred Experience In Online Teaching.

Compensation
Hourly pay ranging from $16 to $26, based on credentials and geographic location. Please note that this position does not include company benefits.
