Job Responsibilities:

·        Assist in inventory management, receiving, and maintaining optimal stock levels.

·        Maintain accurate documentation of operational processes and procedures for reference.

·        Customer Service responsibilities including addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing excellent service to enhance overall customer satisfaction.

·        Responsible for the management of workflow throughout all departments.

Key Tasks:

·        Supply Chain Management: Coordinate with suppliers and assist in managing inventory levels.  

·        Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance operational efficiency.

·        Vendor Relations: Build and maintain positive relationships with vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement along with communications regarding any discrepancies or issues with inbound shipments

·        Assist in Quality Control: Implement quality control measures to ensure products/services meet established standards on all inbound and outbound shipments.

·        Assist in Quality Assurance: Establishing and maintaining clear and measurable standards and specifications for our products inbound and outbound.

·        Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with different departments to facilitate smooth operations and achieve common goals.

·        Data Entry: Enter data related to customer orders and inbound shipments into our system.

Requirements:

·        Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

·        Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

·        Proficient in using relevant software and tools.

·        Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

·        Knowledge of purchasing/inventory management is a plus.
