Responsibilities:
Assist with cost management and invoicing for operations
Oversee data and information related to the flows
Provide support to the Operations teams in various states
Interact with external counterparts and vendors
Coordinate with all internal groups that facilitate trade flows
Enhance the efficiency of our operations through proactive organization and planning
Aid in operational reporting for month-end and year-end processes
Progress towards independently supporting a business by understanding contracts, finance, operations, and risk management as part of a development plan
