About the Role

Our client is looking for an Operations Associate (part-time, remote OR in-person in Oakbrook, IL) This role is ideal for someone with experience in asset management, particularly in positions like Operations Associate, Chief Administrative Officer, or Compliance Associate. This is a part-time role, perfect for someone seeking flexibility while still wanting to make a significant impact

Key Responsibilities:

Regulatory administration – Assisting with the administration of regulatory requirements with FINRA, SEC, and other regulatory organizations.

Business operations – Including but not limited to trade review, website administration, client operations, reporting and vendor management.

Material production – Production, management and review of client materials including factsheets, commentaries, presentations, databases and other reporting.

Other – Developing and maintaining operations plan, developing and documenting process and procedures to ensure the resilience and success of the organization.


Who We're Looking For:

  • Experience: Previous experience at a mutual funds, broker dealer, wealth or asset management firm is required. Previous roles like Operations Associate, Chief Administrative Officer, or Compliance Associate are particularly relevant.
  • Skills: Extreme attention to detail, a proactive attitude, and a knack for problem-solving. You should enjoy helping others and be committed to improving efficiency and outcomes.
  • Availability: The role is part-time, roughly 24 hours a week. We prefer Tuesday through Thursday, but we can be flexible with the days. Position to begin immediately.
