This position is based in Lowell, MA.
You will assemble a range of components into finished goods across one or more production lines ensuring standard documentation, quality, and production rates are met under the direction of the Production Team Leader/Supervisors.

You will assemble a range of components into finished goods across one or more production lines ensuring standard documentation, quality, and production rates are met under the direction of the Production Team Leader/Supervisors.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
Key areas of expertise are:
- Operates a variety of wafer fab equipment in a clean room production environment.
- Able to manually manipulate fragile wafers on a regular basis.
- Works with small devices to load fixtures and process equipment.
- Makes basic measurements and math calculations relative to tolerances, dimensions.
- Performs in-process visual inspections with and without the use of microscopes in accordance.
- with established requirement.
- Must accurately document all work performed on inspection reports and customer travelers.
- Reliable, consistent, and punctual attendance is an essential function of the job.
- Complies with company, quality and safety standards, policies and procedures.
- High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED) is required.
- Entry level, no experience required.
- Must be able to read, write and speak fluent English.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods regularly while concurrently managing multiple machines or tasks.
- Must be able to frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Comply with all current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) requirements to ensure products are consistently produced and controlled according to the Quality Management System (QMS).
- Ability to adapt to a changing environment and handle multiple priorities.
- If you're the right person for this opportunity, you will have previous experience providing administrative support to a busy office and using Microsoft Office.
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment with Contract Manufacturing preferred.
- Knowledge of ISO & FDA requirements a plus.
- Experience with LEAN manufacturing a plus.
- Ability to work in environment subject to fluctuations in heat, humidity, fumes, odors, and noise.
- Good interpersonal skills to establish and maintain cooperative and effective working relationships.
- Microscope experience a plus.
