Carousel Eyecare caters to discerning patients who understand eye-wear reflects their personal style and impacts their perception by others. Eye-wear is the longest lasting daily accessory and the first to be noticed. We realize the importance eye-wear maintains over a patient's daily productivity and enjoyment.

Our clinic also focuses on ocular aesthetics including IPL, Radio Frequency, and Micro needling to our patients. Soon will ne offering Botox and other injectables.

Description & Activities

Image conscious fans with an eye for smart style excel in this opportunity to improve patients' personal image through eye-wear. Our retail sales specialists advise patients in frame selection based on criteria including face shape and interpersonal image goals, and demonstrate excellent customer service while ensuring prescribed options are selected.

Ideal candidates exhibit a strong ability to make and influence decisions, strive to improve others' aesthetics and present a sleek look in their daily attire. Sales professionals possess an up-beat, positive attitude; a natural, winning smile; and strive to attain team-oriented goals. They are driven by a desire to excel, to attain specific sales goals, and deliver on stretch achievement targets.

  • Optical sales - frame styling and production attainment of target sales and standards
  • Multiple pair sales for increased patient satisfaction
  • Contact lenses - fitting and training patients and ordering

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years previous sales experience working in luxury or boutique sales (i.e. - jewelry, fashion, high-end designer lines, optical) Preferably Optical
  • Demonstrated ability to sell across price points and up-style value add features
  • Demonstrated ability to influence patient decision by overcoming objections or obstacles
  • Successful track record in optical sales a plus
  • Bilingual is desired but not required.
