We have immediate openings in the following practice locations:

Middle Island, Mattituck, and Medford

Oral Surgeon Qualifications

• DDS/DMD from an accredited University and active State Dental Board license
• Oral Surgery Residency completed
• Board Certified is a plus
• A personable chair side manner
• Must be able to provide IV Sedation
