One Community Health is seeking a dedicated School-Based Outreach Coordinator (SBOC) to join our School-Based Health Services team. The role is a full-time position with a flexible schedule between clinic locations and school-based events. The schedule for this position will be at the Dufur School-Based Health Center for two days a week, Mondays & Thursdays. Other weekdays will be focused on outreach which includes enhancing relationships between the school staff, local public-school officials, student-patients, and their families across Hood River and Wasco counties.
