The Outside Sales Representative is a dynamic and results-driven professional responsible for driving sales growth outside the typical office environment.

Slick Blinds is a leading supplier of all kinds of window and door dressings which include blinds, shutters, verticals, shades, and curtains.Putting your design preferences and home needs first, our team will expertly guide you through our comprehensive selection of made-to-measure blinds, shutters, shades, verticals, curtains, accessories, and more.
This is a full-time, face-to-face, residential/commercial outside sales position offering base pay and uncapped commission.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct in-home as well as commercial design consultations to educate customers on the best window-covering options for their homes and businesses
Build trust and credibility with customers to successfully close sales
Submit customer orders and ensure their satisfaction
Uphold Core Values of Integrity, One Team, Excellence, Superior Client Experience, and Passion to delight our customers

Base pay plus uncapped commission

Qualifications
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Quick learner who can adapt to changing priorities and work independently or as part of a team
Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions, and to ask for clarification when needed

Work Schedule
Full-time – 8 hours a day
Monday to Friday with weekend work available
Typical schedule is 8:30 am to 5:00 pm but can be flexible
