Paralegal / Legal Assistant for heavy lift and transport projects

Our legal teams support Mammoet projects throughout the world, playing a crucial role in making sure we operate to the highest possible standards in local and international law.
What You’ll Be Doing
Providing administrative support to the legal corporate representation for the company
Adhering to Mammoet principles and values
Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders and the attorney
Aligning with internal compliance standards and procedures
Conducting thorough legal research, as required
What You’ll Need
Paralegal certificate required
2-3 years of relevant work experience
Evidence of experience in a similar role, ideally in any/some of the following sectors: civil engineering, construction, renewables, oil and gas, offshore, ports and mining
English proficiency, both verbal and written, required
Spanish and Portuguese proficiency, verbal and written, a plus
Ability to work independently
Strong project management skills and ability to meet deadlines
Extremely organized, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task and prioritize workload under pressure
