The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Paraplanner to join our dynamic team. This mid-level position plays a crucial role in supporting the financial planner team to deliver financial advisory services to our clients. Applicants should have a good understanding of financial planning concepts and a keen eye for detail.
Job Responsibilities
Assisting in the research and analysis of financial plans and strategies.
Preparing financial statements, summaries and client presentations.
Reviewing and updating client information to stay current with changing regulations, standards and best practices
Coordinating with the Financial Planner team in managing and organizing clients’ portfolios
Complying strictly with all applied regulations and legislation concerning financial planning.
Desired Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in finance or a related field
Series 7 and 66 is a must
Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Paraplanner
Robust knowledge of financial planning software
Certified Financial Planner (CFP) certification is preferred
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Nice-to-Haves
Previous experience in the insurance industry
Experience with Salesforce CRM
Adept with MS Office Suite, particularly with Excel and PowerPoint
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
Compensation: From $45,000.00 to $65,000.00 per year
