Part Time Operations Consultant needed to support NVE’s new business effort for the EPA Cincinnati facility operation and maintenance (O&M) contract. Subject Matter Expert will provide information and assist in new business development. This is a part-time and remote opportunity.

Work Involves The Following Tasks

  • Identify existing subcontractors, vendors
  • Define EPA facility O&M hot buttons
  • Define EPA key decision makers
  • Assess work control system
  • Define unique equipment issues due to age or weakness at specific buildings

The Contract Performs The Following Critical Functions

  • HVAC operation and maintenance at historic O&M of laboratory facilities at EPA Andrews W. Breidenbach Environmental Research Center (AWBERC)
  • Electrical system O&M
  • Energy management control system (EMCS)
  • Air handling equipment
  • Service orders
  • Minor construction
  • Hot water industrial heating
  • Steam heating plant operations
  • Equipment management

The SME reports directly to NVE Capture Manager for the new EPA contract opportunity.
