About The Role

Flex’s Partners play a critical role in our ability to acquire new users and provide them with a world class experience. As a corporate support role to the Partner GTM team, you will assist in everything from ongoing improvement of data quality of our Partner Network, as well as Cross-Departmental coordination of Partner Experience from Sales to Product to Analytics and beyond. Your responsibilities will provide the foundational support of our properties, partners and users increased adoption rates by providing operational support and administrative consistency. Ultimately, you will help PN Ops bring the best experience possible to our partners, assisting in turning our partners into Flex ambassadors.

What you’ll do

  • Oversee daily/weekly/monthly administrative audits to ensure data cleanliness and accuracy
  • Utilize Property Management Systems data to monitor and maintain the health of a rapidly growing Property Network
  • Oversee change management of property management systems, property transfers, and dispositions to ensure user retention and experience
  • Assist PN Ops leadership in creation of content for onboarding materials, implementations enablement
  • Assist in maximizing systems for efficiency in partner communication
  • Support PN Ops team on systems and CRM-related tasks
  • Constantly further your knowledge of product offerings across Property Management Systems to evaluate how to best support our partners and innovate new strategies

Key Qualifications

  • Ideally 3+ years of relevant work experience
  • Self starter who can thrive in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to develop positive relationships with partners and peers
  • Excellent communicator, both written and verbal
  • Detail-oriented
  • Relationship builder in remote environments
  • Problem solver who can thrive in ambiguity
  • High degree of empathy for Partners and passion for revenue and growth
  • Outstanding task management and prioritization skills across a varied set of priorities
  • Experience in Multifamily Housing, Student Housing, PropTech, or FinTech industries a plus
  • Skills that are required: Organization skills, experience with process management mapping, mass communication, overall knowledge of property management platforms, including CRMs and resident portals, strong written communication skills, proficient with Excel/Google Sheets, rigid attention to detail
  • Skills that are nice to have: Property Management industry experience, proficiency in JIRA

The national pay range for this role is $74,000-$84,000 in base salary. Individual compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's experience aligned with Flex's internal leveling guidelines and benchmarks.
