We are seeking a highly skilled Parts Manager to join our team at AUSA US Corp. This key position is responsible for managing and optimizing the inventory of spare parts, ensuring operational efficiency, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehouse operations, logistics, and inventory management, as well as exceptional leadership and customer service skills.
Responsibilities:
Manage and optimize the inventory of spare parts, ensuring optimal levels and continuous availability.
Organize and plan warehouse space to maximize efficiency and capacity.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of parts.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of warehouse operations to maintain an efficient workflow.
Oversee the processing of orders by due dates to enable on-time delivery.
Ensure accurate pricing, availability, and SKU numbers in the inventory system.
Train and lead warehouse employees, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
Implement and maintain safety protocols and regulatory compliance within the warehouse.
Provide top-notch customer service, addressing and resolving customer inquiries and issues related to spare parts.
Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure smooth inter-departmental communication and operations.
Requirements:
Proven experience in warehouse operations and inventory management.
Strong understanding of logistics and cost containment.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Proficiency in using computer software for inventory management and order processing.
Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Knowledge of safety protocols and regulatory compliance in warehouse operations.
High School Diploma or equivalent; additional training or certifications in logistics, inventory management, or related fields is a plus.
