What does the Payroll Coordinator do at Swire Coca-Cola?
In this role, you are part of the HR team and responsible for the execution of various payroll duties. You will respond to answer payroll-related questions for both internal and external customers as needed; complete, audit, and process payroll-related forms and documents in accordance with established guidelines while maintaining confidentiality on all HR/Payroll information.
Responsibilities:
Work with managers and employees to correct timesheets for multi-state payroll processing of 7200+ employees; collect additional pay items and prepare for import to payroll
Maintaining accurate records of payroll documentation and transactions
Analyze timekeeping and pay errors; work with managers to prevent future errors
Prepare and process pay for terminations and pay corrections
Audit and analyze payroll reports for changes and accuracy
Provide excellent customer service on all payroll related questions from managers, employees, and agencies
Prepare and process garnishments
Process Verification of Employment forms
Enter union dues; create payroll adjustments; work with union representatives as needed
Requirements:
High School Diploma (or GED) High School diploma or equivalent degree/certificate required
2+ years Payroll or HR experience required
Proficient at Microsoft Office with moderate Excel skills
Experience with time and attendance systems
