Boulo is sourcing candidates for a Payroll Manager for our client, a Chattanooga-based commercial electrical contractor serving the southeast with innovative solutions to electrical needs.

Pay: $55,000 - $60,000

Responsibilities of the Payroll Manager:
Enter, scan and file timesheets for 200+ employees
Process payroll and make adjustments as needed
Process payroll liabilities including EFTPS, Child Support, Witholdings and Garnishments
Manage and assist with Workers Comp claims and audits as needed
Complete monthly and quarterly reconciliations
Complete Quarterly/Annual Payroll Tax Returns including 940, 941, SUTA and W-2s
Completing Per Diem ACHs
Health insurance reconciliations and union reporting
New hire orientation and onboarding/offboarding
TN New Hire Reporting and Drug Free Workplace Compliance
