We’re Looking For a People Ops Lead: As the People Ops Lead, you will play a crucial role in driving our consultant retention strategy and fostering a positive culture of learning, development, and growth. Reporting to the Director of People Operations in the US, you will lead all aspects of people operations for our corporate operations team in India. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in employee relations, performance management, leadership development, and change management.

Responsibilities:

HR Administration:

  • Draft and send all offers and pre-employment docs and ensure candidate closing. Launch and manage IR background check process.
  • Develop and manage comprehensive onboarding and off-boarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires and departing team members.
  • Manage new employee provisioning, tool training, benefits training, and payroll.
  • PTO management with finance and delivery

Day to Day People Concierge and Policy Administration:

  • Handle all day to day inquiries from employees and address employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances in a fair and timely manner
  • Stay updated on employment laws and regulations to ensure organizational compliance.
  • Develop, communicate, and enforce HR policies and procedures effectively.
  • Update and communicate employee handbook.
  • Devise targeted interventions to address attrition factors, leveraging strategic leadership and industry background in professional services or consulting environments.

Employee Community and Communication:

  • Employee communication around business updates, employee celebrations, etc.
  • Manage the communication calendar around annual holidays and thematic messaging around important milestones
  • Actively manage the social calendar and social media

Business Operations Management:

  • Ensure all tool access is up to date and employees leaving are de-provisioned
  • Handle all device management for new hires
  • Work with US Delivery team to help with client onboarding for India hires
  • Drive the development and implementation of standardized procedures and processes to streamline business operations and enhance efficiency.
  • Continuously evaluate and optimize existing procedures to adapt to evolving business needs and industry best practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Learning and Growth Programs:

  • Create and implement employee learning and growth initiatives.
  • Develop mentorship structures and goal-setting frameworks.
  • Utilize platforms like InRhythmX and Lattice to manage career path navigation and performance management.


Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of people operations experience with 2-3 years at the managerial level.
  • Experience in professional services, staffing, or consulting environment preferred.
  • Strong background in employee relations, performance management, and leadership development.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive strategic initiatives and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Alignment with InRhythm's values and commitment to creating a positive work culture.
