Job Title: PeopleSoft Developer

Location: Albany, NY (Hybrid)

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement PeopleSoft applications, modules, and enhancements.
  • Customize PeopleSoft components including pages, records, fields, and workflows.
  • Perform PeopleSoft system configurations and integrations.
  • Collaborate with functional analysts and end-users to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Conduct unit testing, system testing, and performance tuning.
  • Provide production support and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Stay updated with PeopleSoft tools, technologies, and best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a PeopleSoft Developer or similar role.
  • Proficiency in PeopleTools, PeopleCode, Application Designer, and Integration Broker.
  • Strong knowledge of PeopleSoft HCM, FSCM, or other modules.
  • Experience with PeopleSoft upgrades, patches, and system maintenance.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with stakeholders.
