The Product and Sales Activation team is responsible for performance and brand solutions for Small to Medium Business advertisers around the world from large mid-market companies to local shops served by the Google Customer Solutions Business. We identify opportunities through analysis, build consensus with stakeholders, and program manage cross-functional teams to drive Google Customer Solutions advertiser success and business growth.
As a technical Global Product Lead, you will work to bridge the Go-To-Market development and the Google Customer Solutions infrastructure. You will be responsible of guiding Global Product Leads on what is/isn’t possible technically (i.e., tech limitations or signal limitations).
Google Customer Solutions (GCS) sales teams are trusted advisors and competitive sellers who maintain a relentless focus on customer success by bringing the best Google has to offer to small- and medium-sized businesses (SMBs), which are the backbone of our communities. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $115,000-$169,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.

Responsibilities
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in product management, marketing, management consulting, or project management in technology.
- 3 years of experience in data analysis.
- Experience with SQL or equivalent programming language.
- Experience working with Google Ads products.
- Ability to work, collaborate, and influence cross-functionally.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with management and product teams.
- Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to lead complex operational and technical initiatives.

Responsibilities
- Own incentives deployment for Search and performance max campaign.
- Manage the relationship with Global Product Solutions on the specific product areas.
- Understand business requirement documents and timelines and own creation.
- Translate Go-To-Market strategy defined by product Global Product Lead to viable metrics and offerings design.
- Guide signal validation, including understanding of Google Analytics Front End implications.
