Qualifications
10 years of Performance Testing using any of the tools like JMeter, Load Runner, Neo load, Silk Performer & Balzemeter for Web & Midtier Apps
At least 10 years of JAVA Programming
At least 5 years of experience in monitoring and analysis using Dynatrace/App dynamics with excellent reporting Skills.
At least 5 years of experience in test strategy and test Design; Performance test scripts
At least 5 years working knowledge in debugging of performance scripts, identification of performance bottlenecks using drill down analysis using monitoring tools; Interaction with various stake holders for performance issue resolution.
At least 5 year of experience in Tomcat/WebLogic tuning, Java Programming/tuning, PL SQL programming/tuning experience
Added advantage will be with experience in Mobile performance testing.
Good experience on Performance testing of the Web, AJAX, Java, Web Services, Legacy, REST and .NET applications
Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment.
Good communication skill and Good Analytical skills
Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
