Responsibilities
Develop, execute, and maintain performance test scripts using Load Runner and JMeter.
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other QA engineers to define and implement comprehensive performance test strategies.
Conduct performance testing to identify bottlenecks and ensure product performance and scalability.
Perform load testing, stress testing, and endurance testing as needed.
Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Write and maintain comprehensive documentation for test cases, test results, and testing processes.
Continuously learn and apply new performance testing technologies and best practices.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
4+ years of experience in performance testing using Load Runner and JMeter.
Proficiency in [Load Runner, JMeter, and other relevant performance testing tools].
Strong understanding of performance testing principles and best practices.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Proven track record of delivering high-quality performance test solutions on time.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
