About the Role:

Job Title: Performance Testing Lead

Key Responsibilities:

• Design robust Performance Test Strategies for applications and the consumer technology ecosystem.
• Collaborate with Development, Project Managers, and Solution Architects for application tests and early issue identification.
• Work closely with teams for load tests based on software delivery schedules.
• Review and ensure comprehensive evaluation of infrastructure and application responsiveness in performance test results.
• Provide SME leadership, implement industry best practices, and automate Performance Testing in the CI/CD pipeline.
• Define post-mortem/root-cause analysis processes and execute Performance tests supporting Agile software Delivery.
• Demonstrate strong project management discipline, metrics creation, and visualization skills.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in software engineering, solution architecture, or related areas.
• Experience with microservice architecture, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud ecosystems.
• Knowledge of infrastructure components, application architecture, and Agile Lifecycle.
• Some programming experience (C#/Java, Python, SQL) is advantageous.
• Proven leadership in technology transformation initiatives.
• Superior written and verbal communication skills.
• Strategic thinking for firm-wide solutions, effective communication to diverse audiences.
• Ability to orchestrate and drive complex strategies and solutions.
• Preferred Bachelor's degree in relevant fields or equivalent experience.

Location: Onsite in Dallas

Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $110,000- $120,000 annually. Factors that may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
