Job Summary
The PFS-CMG Accounts Receivable Analyst would be responsible for organizing, preparing, and providing in-depth financial analysis assistance to key decision makers. He/she must possess strong analytical skills with the ability to take a highly proactive role in recognizing inefficiencies, issues, and opportunities.
Additionally, the position is responsible for providing in-depth data analysis and assistance to our healthcare organization’s key decision makers and will actively collaborate with the Cox Medical Group Finance and Provider relations team on specific priority initiatives.
Job Requirements
Education
Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare or Business Administration, Finance, or Related Field or 8 years of experience in Healthcare.
Experience
Required: A minimum of 5 years in healthcare revenue cycle or 2 years in some type of type of Data/Financial/Revenue Cycle analyst role.
Skills
Strong analytical/problem solving skills.
Knowledge of current information technology.
Proficient in all Microsoft programs; high level proficiency in Excel.
Ability to communicate effectively with different levels of management.
Excellent time management, interpersonal, communication, presentation, organization, prioritizing, decision-making, and planning skills.
Strong verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills.
Flexibility and ability to work in a multi-tasking environment.
Demonstrates ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
