DEPARTMENT DESCRIPTION
As part of the Human Resources team, SHS Talent Acquisition provides centralized management of the recruiting function for executive, management, professional, and staff-level positions within the organization. The department leverages industry best practices, technology, vendor partnerships, and collaborative relationships with hiring managers to create an enhanced candidate experience and attract and hire top talent.
EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS
Associate's degree in a related field or equivalent experience required
Experience within a human resources office, staffing agency, marketing department, or a closely related field preferred.
Strong typing skills and attention to detail
Basic MS Suite skills
Experience and/or training with computer applications required.
