Job Description

  • Talent Acquisition phone screener. Individuals will be calling candidate post interview, prior to offer to verify employment history, probe gaps in work history and evaluate candidates match for organization. Candidates must be friendly, team players willing to take direction and self manager their work and time.
  • DEPARTMENT DESCRIPTION
    • As part of the Human Resources team, SHS Talent Acquisition provides centralized management of the recruiting function for executive, management, professional, and staff-level positions within the organization. The department leverages industry best practices, technology, vendor partnerships, and collaborative relationships with hiring managers to create an enhanced candidate experience and attract and hire top talent.
  • EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS
    • Associate's degree in a related field or equivalent experience required
    • Experience within a human resources office, staffing agency, marketing department, or a closely related field preferred.
    • Strong typing skills and attention to detail
    • Basic MS Suite skills
    • Experience and/or training with computer applications required.
