Goal: To support teachers in planning and implementing daily curriculum by helping to meet their needs, provide excellent communication to parents, and work as a team player with a staff of directors.
Qualifications
A Bachelor’s or an Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education
A minimum of two years teaching experience in a licensed early childhood program or elementary classroom
An prior experience as a Curriculum Co-ordinator is desirable
Excellent verbal and written communication
Responsibilities Include but are not limited to
Mentor and guide teachers to create and implement age-approriate lesson plans
Understands and has strong working knowledge of Early Childhood Program and its standards
Coordinates with other members of the Leadership Team and communicates with them effectively
Conducts classroom observations to regularly support and ensure standards implementation and delivery
Effectively communicate with teachers the feedback and make sure required changes are implemented in lesson plans and classrooms
Assist with various administrative tasks in the front office on daily basis
Proper communication with parents, teachers, and staff
