Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Project Leadership: Independently lead complex projects within our HR environment, collaborating across functions to ensure alignment and successful outcomes.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Manage diverse project teams, fostering collaboration and innovation.
  • Consultative Guidance: Provide expert consultation on project management best practices, ensuring effective processes and tools are in place.
  • Resource Optimization: Coordinate resources effectively across workstreams to maximize efficiency and productivity.
  • Change Management: Drive change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and adoption of new processes.
  • Drive Urgency: Inspire the team to a sense of urgency to ensure timely project delivery.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Education: BA/BS degree and 6-8 years’ relevant experience OR equivalent education and experience.
  • Expertise: Strong background in Project/Program Management; Human Resources specific project management experience and PMP certification preferred.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Smartsheet; experience in change management highly desirable.
  • Leadership: Previous mentorship or leadership experience preferred.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex business challenges and develop strategic solutions.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive consensus.
