Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Project Leadership: Independently lead complex projects within our HR environment, collaborating across functions to ensure alignment and successful outcomes.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Manage diverse project teams, fostering collaboration and innovation.
- Consultative Guidance: Provide expert consultation on project management best practices, ensuring effective processes and tools are in place.
- Resource Optimization: Coordinate resources effectively across workstreams to maximize efficiency and productivity.
- Change Management: Drive change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and adoption of new processes.
- Drive Urgency: Inspire the team to a sense of urgency to ensure timely project delivery.
- Education: BA/BS degree and 6-8 years’ relevant experience OR equivalent education and experience.
- Expertise: Strong background in Project/Program Management; Human Resources specific project management experience and PMP certification preferred.
- Skills: Proficiency in Smartsheet; experience in change management highly desirable.
- Leadership: Previous mentorship or leadership experience preferred.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex business challenges and develop strategic solutions.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive consensus.
