Description
Amazon’s Global Executive Learning & Development team is seeking a talented, driven, customer-obsessed Principal, Program Manager to manage scalable and innovative learning experiences for worldwide executive leaders. Key job responsibilities
You are deeply passionate about developing executive leaders. You are an experienced program manager who can juggle complex global organizational programs, alongside timely requests. You consistently look beyond what is done today, to what could be. You know how our executives think and work, and build solutions tailored to them that can easily be used in their flow of work. You have a consultant mindset; you know the value of partnership and collaboration and work closely with other executive learning and development experts, and line teams, to enable solutions. You love to wear multiple hats and jump in on various projects—you can be found automating a process to scale a solution more easily one day, to jumping in and creating a video series the next.
