Product Marketing Manager

Are you an experienced marketing professional with a deep understanding of insurance products, target markets, and effective communication strategies? If so, we invite you to join our dynamic team as a Product Marketing Manager, specializing in the Carrier market.

Role Overview

As a Product Marketing Manager, you will be an Industry Marketing Subject Matter Expert focusing on the Carrier market. You will lead, oversee, and support the implementation of strategic go-to-market strategies, working closely with the Industry Director, Marketing, and Sales teams. Your responsibilities will include understanding customer needs, market dynamics, and revenue goals to develop, drive, and ensure the successful execution of market strategies and content.

In This Role, You Will

Develop and implement comprehensive in-person and digital marketing strategies to achieve business goals and objectives.

Write and guide creatives to develop impactful assets and create meaningful campaigns each quarter to achieve quarterly goals.

Collaborate across the marketing team to create and implement marketing campaigns.

Conceptualize and orchestrate writing projects with support from the corporate and design teams.

Create engaging content for digital channels, including websites, blog posts, social media, and email campaigns.

Work at the intersection of marketing, GM, sales, and technology leaders responsible for the Carrier market strategy, collaborating across the entire Demand Generation & Corporate teams.

Demonstrate a high-level understanding and ability to work through complex problem-solving or projects, presenting them to audiences at every level.

To Be Successful In This Role, You Will Need

A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field.

3-5 years of B2B marketing experience in the US insurance industry, specifically working with Carriers.

At least 3 years of experience in writing.

Prior experience in campaign execution with a B2B focus.

A passion or curiosity for digital-first communication and marketing.

Strong analytical skills to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions for effective marketing strategies.

Project management skills with the ability to prioritize, be detail-oriented, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation

Our salary ranges are based on competitive industry standards and are part of a comprehensive compensation package that includes annual bonus eligibility, benefits, and other opportunities. The salary range for this remote position varies by location and is typically between $62,605 - $118,254. The final salary will be determined based on factors such as qualifications, experience, skill set, and geographic location.
