Product Operations Specialist

About the Job:

Tadaweb is hiring a Product Operations Specialist. Attached to the Global Product Operations team, you will perform at the crossroads between the Product, Engineering and Customer Success teams globally.

The role will be based in USA (remote), as Tadaweb is growing in the North American region and require around 25% travel (Europe and North America). It will require collaboration with internal stakeholders across multiple time zones, sometimes over scheduled on-call rotations.

Scope of Work:

• Be the primary point of contact for the Tadaweb product and technical stack with Customer Success teams for North American customers
• Provide technical support for Customer Success and Go-To-Market teams on platform enquiries (setup, configuration and monitoring of the SaaS platform)
• Work with the global Product Operations team in support of global initiatives
• Maintain, organize and update the support knowledge bases & dashboards

Your Profile:

• Proven experience providing technical support for cloud services as a Support Engineer, Cloud Specialist, IT Operations specialist or equivalent on SaaS platforms
• Experience supporting devops initiatives (setup, maintenance or support), monitoring Kubernetes, cloud subscriptions and resources, using command line…
• Able to explain complex and time-sensitive issues to users in a simple manner
• Proficiency monitoring and conducting technical investigations (inspecting logs, monitoring resources)
• Currently hold or willingness to obtain a United States DoD security clearance

• A strong hacker mentality: the ability to learn fast, build and un-build up processes, to create strong added value
• Experience working in one or several stages of the Product Development life cycle
• Experience working on digital projects driven by agile methodologies
• Good knowledge of ticket management systems like Jira, Zendesk
• Experience with data analytics
• Proficiency in technical writing (user & technical documentations)
