Production Area Manager

Walmart is hiring an onsite Production Area Coach for its Central Fill facility in Frederick, MD. Available across all shifts!

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations, ensuring customer service, compliance, and efficiency
• Lead and motivate a team to achieve goals
• Collaborate with diverse professionals
• Foster continuous improvement and innovation
• Ensure smooth and efficient production area operations

Requirements:

• 1 year Walmart supervisor experience OR 2 years external leadership experience leading 5+ employees
• Complete the pharmacy technician program and become registered within 1 year
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in business or related field

Desired Skills:

• Background in healthcare, production, automation, continuous improvement
• Financial acumen and understanding of metrics/terminology
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Knowledge of safety culture, hazard identification, and control systems
• Project management skills for work plans, timelines, risk mitigation
• Data gathering and analysis abilities
• Must be available for a rotating schedule including Sundays/Saturdays and flexibility for training/operational needs.

Additional information:

Work Schedule:

• It is a 10-hour shift, 4 days a week.
• Need to have availability to work every day.
• We are fully operational on Sundays, so the position requires us to work a minimum of every other Sunday.

Possibility of working a rotating Saturday

1. 1st shift: must be available to work anytime from 6 am to 6 pm
2. 2nd shift: must be available to work anytime from 3 pm to 3 am
3. 3rd shift: must be available to work anytime from 10 pm to 10 am
