Position: Production Supervisor
Location: Hillsboro, TX
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year Full-time
We are partnering with a leading company in the manufacturing industry to find a dedicated Production Supervisor for their fabrication shop in Hillsboro, TX.
This role involves planning, leading, organizing, coordinating, and controlling work to ensure high-quality, efficient, and cost-effective production.
Responsibilities include training and supervising personnel, conducting daily inspections, and maintaining safety standards.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in fabrication or installation, with at least - 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong leadership, organizational, and planning skills.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
- Ability to read and understand blueprints and layouts.
