About The Role
As a key member of our team, you will work closely with the Operations Manager to coordinate daily activities, projects, and job development initiatives for our PACT Programs. Please note this role requires base access at Fort Bliss.
Responsibilities
Coordinate activities with program partners, community organizations, contractors, and stakeholders.
Cultivate positive relationships with funders and partners, acting as a liaison for HBI.
Deliver employability skills training and create job opportunities for program graduates.
Collaborate with the National Placement Manager and colleagues to facilitate job placements.
Represent HBI at meetings and conferences to drive program development and outreach efforts.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree in a human services or related field or equivalent experience.
Experience: A minimum of one year in career development, counseling, or project/program management.
Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders.
Proficiency in MS Office; experience with budget oversight is a plus.
Knowledge of construction trades is beneficial.
