The Division of Continuing Education is an environment that celebrates diversity of

and vision. This position reports to the Academic Programs Unit, under the purview of
the Associate Dean.
The position will indirectly report to the Director/Program Manager for daily tasks
associated with their work responsibilities, while being under the supervision of the
Instructor & Program Services Manager. Also, with guidance from the Director/Program
Manager, the position will organize and conduct the administrative aspects of existing
public educational courses and implement new programs and course materials.

- Working knowledge of departmental and organization policies and procedures; knowledge of educational program content and objectives. Required
- Working knowledge of delivering public educational programs. Required
- Working knowledge of current public education programs and trends. Required
- Good reading, verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills, and good presentation skills. Required
- Skill in using business software systems in the completion of work assignments (i.e., Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint). Required
- Good analytical and problem solving skills. Required

Required
- Bachelor's degree in related area and / or equivalent experience / training
- Continuing education in related field required.
- 2+ years of experience working in Higher Education.
