Program Management Office Manager

Location: San Diego, CA

• Will be working 2-3 days onsite per week

Salary: $162,000-$215,000

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in program management - specifically with finance transformation/operations experience
• Advanced communication skills with the ability to work across multiple teams and work closely with stakeholders
• Solid understanding of finance systems and reporting tools
• Leadership and people management experience with the ability to drive change management across an enterprise organization
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or related field

Job Description:

A large fintech client is seeking a Finance PMO Group Manager to join the accounting/finance organization reporting to the Director of Finance Transformation and Data Governance. This individual will be central to driving project and change management across multiple teams within the organization, working closely with both technology and finance stakeholders. One of the key aspects of this role will be standardizing change management practices within the business. At first, this manager will be leading a small team of 3 BSAs, but will eventually grow the team to about 5 individuals. This person should have experience working with finance/billing systems and will need to be able to understand the implications and challenges of finance projects. Additionally, they will be responsible for developing the finance transformation program's budget, timeline, and strategy.
