The Program Manager I is responsible for aligning customer and Hillman brand/product strategies. The Program Manager I is responsible for creating and presenting compelling category and product propositions that drive profitable growth and market share for both Hillman and our customers.
Essential Job Functions *
Focused on the customer
Pricing coordination of new items across all channels
Initiating “Big Swing” opportunities / Force PLRs
Working with channel on customer program optimization
Managing competitive intel / activity by category
Building and updating universal selling aides (coordinated)
Digital Catalogs, Allego, Go PlanOgram, copy, content…
Ensuring all relevant digital content is on point
Brand strategy / “Swim Lane” management
Promotional item support (channel is placement / display)
Adaptation of existing product (Package, Qty, Art…) NO PHYSICAL CHANGE TO THE PRODUCT
Packaging artwork for the program (design & content)
Good financial acumen -understands pricing strategy
Ability to tactically execute plan and programs
Self-motivated and driven coo

Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business management, or a related field., 1-2 years’ experience in related field.
