What You’ll Be Doing

We work together to provide expertise and guidance, so that the Staples brand is well represented in all areas.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Oversee the tactical execution of customer communication plans, ensuring flawless execution.
- Develop targeted campaigns based on insights from the customer file: driving customers to repurchase, grow, and be retained.
- Define the customer target and forecast impact.
- Define the messaging strategy based on insights and customer wants/needs.
- Partner with channel owners to activate across touchpoints.
- Own the campaign process for our Premium Staples Business Advantage accounts.
- Grow the library of personalized messages, with activation across touchpoints.
- Drive the strategy for the Email, SMS and Push channels to deliver profitable return on investment.
- Implement test and learn strategy, scaling effective initiatives.
- Drive development of measurement plans/KPIs in partnership with customer analytics. Drive post-campaign analysis and action plan.
- Ability to be a cross-functional collaborator who can build alignment within a matrixed team to drive shared goals and strategy.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to be detail oriented, highly organized individual with proven project management skills.
- Ability to work well independently and within a team setting including across multiple internal teams.
- Ability to adjusts quickly to changing priorities and campaign timelines.
- Strong experience managing multiple projects and deadlines at one time.
- Ability to demonstrate proficiency in MS Office applications, specifically MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
- Comfortable with understanding business processes and implementing change.
- 5+ years of related experience
- Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Marketing or Communications
- Previous experience in marketing
