10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management with a focus on data center operations.
3+ years of demonstrated program management experience leading cross functional technology projects.
Deep understanding of monitoring concepts, tools, and best practices for core infrastructure components (servers, networks, storage, virtualization, etc.).
Experience with one or more major monitoring platforms (e.g., Nagios, SolarWinds, Zabbix, Splunk, Prometheus, Datadog).
Proficiency in scripting or programming languages (e.g. Python, Bash) for automation and data analysis is a plus.
Strong project management skills, including scope, budget, and risk management.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
