We are seeking a Mobile Crisis Supervisor who will combine the responsibilities of a Crisis Intervention Specialist (CIS) and a Supervisor. In this role, you will perform all duties of a Mobile Response worker and take on additional responsibilities, including attending team meetings with the Director or Coordinator, serving as back-up for crisis line issues, managing specialized cases and ensuring timely follow-up, participating in the on-call supervisor rotation, assisting with IIC/Provider staffing and issues, and reviewing safety plans.
Qualifications
LSW and Master's degree with 2 plus years' experience providing treatment services to children or adolescents
LCSW and Masters of Social Work Degree with 3 years' experience providing treatment services to children or adolescents, preferred
Experience with DDD and substance abuse populations preferred
