Responsibilities:
The Project Controls Manager reports directly to the Project Executive.

Responsibilities:
The Project Controls Manager reports directly to the Project Executive.
- Prepare and maintain of project tracking tools.
- Establish document control procedures with input from the client, the Architect, and the contractor. Once document control procedures are established, the Project Controls Manager shall participate in and ensure the project team is complying with required project documentation.
- The areas of project documentation that a Project Controls Manager shall maintain include, but are not limited to the following:
- Project Schedule
- Earned Value Financial Performance
- Procurement Assistance and Bid Tabulation (if necessary)
- Requests for Information (RFIs)
- Submittals
- Field Reports
- Construction Documents Addendum, Bulletins, Change Directives
- Meeting Minutes
- Project Correspondence
- As-Built Information
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in the architectural and/or construction industry
- Experience in the aviation industry is preferred, but not required.
- Experience using Revit and CADD techniques and principles is bonus
- Extensive knowledge of architectural systems, interior and exterior, with fundamental knowledge of civil, structural, mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems.
- Fundamental knowledge of permitting process for civil and architectural new construction and renovations.
