Project Coordinator


Are you passionate about assisting in the management of software implementations? As a Project Coordinator at White Cup, you will play a pivotal role in supporting project managers and ensuring the successful delivery of projects. You will work closely with the team to streamline processes, maintain documentation, and contribute to project success.


Attributes of Success


  • Collaborate with project managers to achieve target utilization rates for billable activities.
  • Assist in internal team projects and goals, including process optimization and cross-training across software suites.
  • Maintain documentation and resources to ensure they are up to date.
  • Provide support in generating management reports for budget, schedule, and risk issues.
  • Assist in managing client and project stakeholder relationships.
  • Act as a key point of contact for new customers, customization projects, and at-risk customers.
  • Help prioritize and manage project requirements considering limited resources.
  • Monitor project objectives and deadlines to ensure they are met.
  • Contribute to managing project risks and the development of contingency plans.
  • Assist with customer-facing training when needed



Preferred Attributes of Success


  • Previous experience or background in project management within the technical industry.
  • Enthusiastic, proactive, and a "get-it-done" attitude.
  • Exposure to B2B software implementation, preferably SaaS.
  • Strong sense of urgency, positivity, and resilience.
  • Highly motivated and target-driven with a track record of project completion.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) applications.
  • Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) or equivalent experience, preferred.
