Project Developer

My client is looking for an experienced project developer who has seen projects through to NTP. Experience in brownfield development a plus.

What You'll Do

• Develop and manage project budgets.
• Oversee zoning application preparation
• Identify, negotiate with, onboard, and manage development consultants.
• Meet with landowners and community stakeholders prior to and during permitting
• Provide project budget, progress, and timeline updates to management.
• Work cross-departmentally to maintain clear communication and smooth collaboration
• Travel to project site locations and attend stakeholder meetings as needed.

What You have:

• Detail oriented and organized
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects under various deadlines
• Self-motivated with ability to work in a team and independently
• Ability to work evenings to attend meetings and community events
• Bachelor’s degree required
• 3-5 years managing multiple solar development projects
• Successfully seen projects through to NTP
