💼 Role Description:

As an Origination Project Developer, you will play a vital role within our USA Project Development Team, your primary responsibility will be identification and evaluation of potential commercial projects in the field of renewable energy, particularly in solar energy and battery storage.

You will be supported by our experts in negotiating purchase and lease agreements, as well as in the process of applying for grid connections and building permits.

📝 Responsibilities:

• Analyse restrictions and conditions of the land.
• Search for owners of selected land and work on the negotiations.
• Review solar or wind resources and layouts of the proposed plant.
• Help manage the different phases of project development.
• Comply with the quality, health and safety and environmental management system: legal compliance, monitoring of the applicable procedures, etc.

🔑 Requirements:

• Graduate or Postgraduate in Engineering, Environmental Science or similar.
• Advanced use of the Office Package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Sales experience and/or Renewable Energy Project Development experience preferred.
• Native English proficiency.
• Availability to travel within New Jersey state.
• Drivers licence.
