Project Engineer

As a Project Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in supporting project success by collaborating closely with Project Managers and Project Superintendents. Your responsibilities will include acquiring, organizing, and distributing project submittals, maintaining plan drawings, creating project logs, performing material take-offs, and effectively communicating with owners and client representatives. You will also be responsible for calculating pricing, issuing contracts, scheduling subcontractor work and supplier deliveries, and maintaining organized work areas while managing multiple projects simultaneously. Additionally, your role will involve preparing reports, business correspondence, and project documents, as well as presenting information in various settings and interpreting technical documents and safety guidelines. Ideal candidates will possess a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, along with moderate to high proficiency in Primavera 3 and 6, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, analytical abilities, and the capability to handle moderate physical activities and construction site challenges are essential for this position. Project Manager

As a Project Manager, you will oversee the profitability and successful execution of highway and bridge construction projects. Key responsibilities include fostering a "Safety First" culture, managing personnel, cultivating strong owner relationships, planning projects according to specifications and contractual obligations, resolving conflicts proactively, overseeing subcontractors and suppliers, managing project budgets and equipment costs, scheduling project tasks using P6 CPM, providing leadership and knowledge sharing, supervising daily field activities, and effectively communicating with stakeholders. Ideal candidates will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field, with a minimum of three years' experience managing construction projects exceeding $50M, specifically in highways and bridges. Proficiency in Primavera 6 CPM, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint, along with strong communication skills in English (both verbal and written), mathematical proficiency, and the ability to handle moderate physical activities and changing weather conditions are required.
