Day to Day: ensuring that the product owners are tracking accordingly with issues, concerns, scheduling meetings with right partners, documentation, pulling together information from multiple sources to create an overview of what's going. Not presenting but preparing materials.
Workday experience will help them in understanding the conversation. Does not need to be configurators but understand the flow, understand what integrations are, modules, recruiting. Being able to connect the dots.
Proficient in Microsoft Applications: Word, PowerPoint, Excel (where they do a lot of their tracking), Teams.
Finance industry experience, understanding the terminology. HR specific. Systems implementation: HRIS systems. What they are doing is the same.
Workday knowledge, system implementation knowledge, does not have to have HR per say. Does not need to understand how to run system implementation. Understand data may be in other applications. They have a tech person to help them, but the understand
