Position Title: Project Manager

Immediate Need:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team. This role demands hands-on execution and management of a project/s, ensuring successful outcomes through effective governance, management, and reporting. The ideal candidate will be skilled in managing complex projects and have a background in data warehousing and commercial pharma.

Responsibilities:

  • Program and Workstream Governance: Ensure projects are aligned with organizational goals and governance standards.
  • Scope Management: Define and manage project scope, ensuring deliverables meet business requirements.
  • Schedule Management: Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of milestones.
  • Resource Management: Allocate and manage resources effectively to meet project objectives.
  • Financial Management: Oversee project budgets, ensuring financial health and adherence to financial constraints.
  • Risk and Issue Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues, including cross-functional impacts.
  • Dependency Management: Manage dependencies within the program and with external entities.
  • Integration Management: Ensure seamless integration of all project components.
  • Stakeholder Management: Engage and communicate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
  • Business Adoption and Acceptance: Facilitate business adoption and client satisfaction through effective change management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Presenting and monitoring project status.
  • Anticipating challenges and unblocking issues.
  • Managing dependencies and ensuring transparency through accurate and timely management reporting.
  • Collaborating with external consulting teams to ensure successful outcomes and accurate reporting.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

Must-Have:

  • Solid Core Competency PM Skills: At least 6 years of project management experience.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to convey information and engage stakeholders.
  • Data Warehousing Experience: Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and best practices.
  • Commercial Pharma Knowledge: Understanding the pharmaceutical industry, particularly in a commercial context.
  • Sales and Marketing Familiarity: Experience or familiarity with sales and marketing processes.
  • SQL Knowledge: Ability to run queries and understand SQL databases.

Familiarity With:

  • Power BI: Experience with Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
  • Axtria: Familiarity with Axtria's solutions and services.
